My name is Teko Dikago. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Community development and am currently unemployed. I am committed to driving sustainable growth and empowering the communities across the continent. Currently I am passionate about creating scalable educational initiatives and creating a safe space for boys.

What drew me to the SELA Fellowship is its profound commitment to cultivating the next generation of African leaders. I want to transition from individual advocate into a strategic change maker capable of guiding cross-sector teams to solve complex challenges. The introductory pathway offers an ideal foundation to collaborate with a network of visionaries, and refine my leadership skills. I look forward to developing the tools and insights necessary to transform my passion into measurable, lasting educational and sustainable impact across Africa.
