I am a young finance and administration professional from Somalia with over four years of experience in accounting, financial management, administration, and business operations. Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about youth empowerment, leadership development, education, and creating inclusive economic opportunities for young people.

I was drawn to SELA because of its focus on developing young leaders who can contribute meaningfully to positive change in their communities and beyond. The Introductory Pathway particularly interests me because it offers an opportunity to broaden my understanding of leadership, connect with other young people from diverse backgrounds, and develop practical skills that I can apply in my professional and community life.
