I am a dedicated professional and scholar with a strong interest in economic equity, regional development, and strategic operational management. I am deeply passionate about leveraging data-driven solutions and infrastructure frameworks to address systemic inequalities and drive sustainable growth across communities.

My decision to join SELA and the Introductory Pathway stems from its transformative approach to leadership development and advocacy. I am drawn to SELA’s commitment to empowering emerging leaders with the skills and network needed to tackle complex socio-economic challenges. Participating in this pathway offers a valuable opportunity to refine my expertise, collaborate with like-minded peers, and contribute meaningfully to impactful initiatives in the region.
