My name is Jeancymard Ndomba, a dedicated educator and professional trainer based in the Republic of the Congo. I am deeply passionate about advancing educational standards, driving global literacy, and equipping the next generation of African youth with the leadership and communication skills necessary to thrive.

​What drew me to the SELA Fellowship and its Introductory Pathway is its powerful mission to merge quality education with visionary leadership. As someone committed to transforming local educational frameworks and empowering communities through structured mentorship, I saw SELA as the ideal platform to collaborate with fellow changemakers, expand my impact, and scale sustainable educational initiatives across the continent. 

Finally, I am thrilled to embark on this journey to learn, lead, and grow alongside Africa’s brightest young minds.
