I am an undergraduate student pursuing a Business Management and Entrepreneurship Degree working as a Business Development Officer. I am deeply passionate about climate action, environmental sustainability practices, sustainable agriculture and waste management, particularly how innovative solutions can transform communities. I was drawn to the SELA Fellowship because it is specifically designed to empower African professionals with actionable skills needed to address our continent’s unique environmental challenges. As someone in the early stages of my career, I seek actionable training, mentorship and project support to  scale my grassroots impact. I am eager to join this virtual community of like-minded leaders so I can move beyond theory and implement real, sustainable solutions in my community. This Fellowship is the bridge I need between my academic knowledge and tangible change on the ground.
