My name is Ewa Chukwuemeka Lemuel, a Business Administration graduate from Nigeria with a passion for entrepreneurship, youth development, digital skills, and creating opportunities that can improve lives in my community. Through my academic journey and entrepreneurial experience, I have developed a strong interest in finding practical solutions to challenges affecting young people and small businesses in Africa.

I was drawn to SELA and the Introductory Pathway because I want to understand sustainability leadership better, develop my ability to identify community challenges, and learn how to turn ideas into meaningful and sustainable impact. I believe the programme will expose me to new perspectives, valuable mentorship, and a network of young Africans committed to solving real problems. I am excited to learn, contribute my experiences, and begin developing solutions that can create lasting positive change in my community.
