My name is Igirimbabazi Oleg Christian, a Software Engineering student from Rwanda with a strong passion for technology, innovation, and building solutions that can create meaningful impact in my community. I am particularly passionate about software development, problem-solving, and continuously learning new skills that will prepare me to contribute to the technology ecosystem in Rwanda and beyond.

I was drawn to SELA and the Introductory Pathway because of the opportunity to grow beyond technical knowledge and develop the mindset, skills, and professional perspective needed to thrive in today’s technology-driven world. I see this fellowship as an opportunity to learn from others, challenge myself, build meaningful connections, and gain experiences that will help me become a more confident and impactful technology professional.

I am excited to be part of Cohort 1 and look forward to learning, contributing, and growing throughout the fellowship.
