I am Bior Aleer Leek, a young leader from South Sudan. I am deeply passionate about youth empowerment and driving sustainable, community-led development in my region. Growing up witnessing the resilience of my people sparked my desire to become a catalyst for positive change.

My journey led me to SELA because I wanted to move beyond just having ideas to actually implementing impactful solutions. The Introductory Pathway perfectly aligns with my current stage of growth. It offers the foundational skills in sustainability leadership and practical project development I need to turn my vision into reality. I am eager to learn from mentors, collaborate with fellow African youth, and build a brighter, more sustainable future for my community.
