Bio
I’m Caleb Ejeh, a Nigerian Entrepreneurial Leadership student currently studying in Mauritius, with a background in backend development and a growing interest in using technology to solve problems that affect everyday people.
I’m particularly passionate about sustainable development, accessible housing, clean water and creating practical solutions to challenges facing African communities. My interest in leadership comes from wanting to move beyond simply identifying problems and actually taking responsibility for building solutions around them.
I was drawn to SELA because I see leadership as something that should be developed through learning, collaboration, and action. The Introductory Pathway stood out to me as an opportunity to learn from other young Africans, challenge my own thinking, and better understand what it means to lead responsibly in an African context.
I’m excited to learn, contribute my own experiences, and grow alongside the other fellows in this cohort.
