Bio
I am a young gender and development practitioner from the Kingdom of Eswatini, with a background in social work and Gender Studies. My work and studies have shaped my passion for creating more inclusive communities where women and young people are not only protected from inequality but are empowered to lead and influence change. I am particularly passionate about women leadership, climate justice and addressing gender based violence through culturally responsive and locally relevant approaches.
I was drawn to SELA because of its focus on developing young leaders, strengthening their capacity and creating spaces for meaningful learning and collaboration. I see this fellowship as an opportunity to grow beyond my current experience and learning from other young leaders across Africa.
